Pat Robertson Blames Haiti's Pact To The Devil For Quake

No Djòl to speak, seriously the birthers need to do some digging into that crusty old fool's birth certificate to find out where and when he was born. If he knows it's a "true story", maybe he's the Devil the Haitians swore a pact to, so they could be freed from the French. Why do they keep giving these idiots a platform to spew lies and hates?

Quite frankly, I think the only curse that exist in Haiti is that her people are still paying for that ass whooping two century later... God nor the Devil have anything to do with it.

Crap like that get broadcasted because there is an audience for it and regretably there are even some Haitian religious zealots and suspestitous imbeciles that share Pat's sentiments. I wonder if these people ever pick-up and read a history book or some science books that explain how those natural disasters occur or maybe if they do realise that man made structures especially in earthquakes are usually the main cause of human casualties, not God's wrath. Sometimes I wonder if those so called christians ever stop and ask themselves why would the all loving God only seems to punish in the worst way possible, the poorest and innocent people on earth yet reward those who have bloods on their hands? Why would God punish the descendant of a people that were enslaved, tortured, raped, beaten, forced to work from sunrise to sunset, killed and more for over 200 years yet reward those who perpetuated those acts?

That sound nothing like a pact to the devil to me but I'm sure a christian plantation slaves owner or nations that were part of the slaves trade would have characterized it that way. Quite frankly when you really think about it, it begs to ask if God and the Devil exist, which one is really the Devil? Because if Haitians are paying so dearly due to their forefathers fights for wanting their freedom, then I say God is not the all loving God as advertised or maybe Boukman and the rest prayed to the right God, and God heard their plea...

Bold statement Marco. I have to say I agree with everything you have said. I often think about just what you said.

What if the GOD we know and pray is actually not as loving as we make him out to be.

What if he is an adolescent GOD playing with lives.

Also it seem that the nice GUY truelly always finish last.
Meaning the trully GREEDY, mean and evil people out there often are rewarded for all their crimes.

It does make us wonder: Does God exist? Why would he/she/it want people to suffer this way?

The important thing here is that there are people who can really help Haiti and we must keep on promoting this to happen, keep on informing people.
